Alberta Canada | <p>Was always told you cant take it with you so may as well enjoy it. If bills are paid and lifestyle where you like it, enjoy the $$$ from your hard work on a piece of new equipment if it makes sense on the spreadsheet. It is nice to talk to someone other than a salesmen about equipment upgrades etc. Sounds like the neighbours a pretty good friend if hes over every week, might be a good guy to bounce equipment upgrades off of once and a while.</p>
