i could see how it would be hard to come one here and post the name of someone that lives in your area about stealing corn but you really need to call this person out. that should not be acceptable when it comes to custom harvesting. it gives everyone else a bad name and allows that person to keep stealing. calling them out and making others aware is a service to all.
