Easy guys.......... Just because you bring someone in to do custom work doesn't mean a thing. I have brought a guy in the last two years to help speed up harvest, I run and he runs. And he brings his trucks.......... 4 tractors trailers and a ten wheeler. It's a big help to expidite harvest. But........ Again this has been the last two years. And guess what he stole from me this year...... Thought he did last year and couldn't nail it down. This year I counted loads and had someone else count loads and keep an eye on him. And they ended up stealing one load of grain. Now my thought is...... What do you do? Bring him in another year and nail him to the wall???? Or..... Just don't use him??? Its a little depressing....... He is a local guy trying to make it happen.... But it really chapped my a$$ to show up at his house to settle up from harvest and see a brand new $45,000 pickup with t tags setting in the driveway. I'm not the only person he does custom work for...... Sooooooooooo how many other people is he doing this too? All of them I sure. Just a downer. It's not in my nature to go after someone like that but it's pretty piss poor for them to stoop to that level as well. But agree ot is noteworthy.
