I would consider his reputation and his familys. If like some young men, he got a pickup with big tires and lifted 10 inches
with bumper sticker on back "party nakked" no, I wouldn't. If he drives a hand me down from pop and pop got the new one. He is off to a good start. But if he comes in to trade something off and in the bargaining process he tells me he just spent 2000 for a new tranny. I will ask him what it was worth before he spent that, he probally will say not much, I will tell him that is what is worth now. I will consider he has lots to learn and I ain't going to let him learn on my land.
