I still think he has a valid point. Even if only 10% of delivered beans decided to use the dp it could make it so they don't have to go to 50 cents basis to get the beans they need. Then when enough dp gets into storage whats to keep them from widening it out more when they really don't need the beans as bad. Once they have a "captured" supply those beans are not going to any other elevator. Right now our best price is at the port for export or at least it has been recently.

On the 2nd KC was -91, CGB in Wagoner was -36.
