North End I-15 | Having dealt with a maniac depressive (aka bipolar) landlord for 40 years ..... It was terrible , but he never went over the edge and on a shooting spree . He would drive every one else crazy or to drink but never shot any one . I know that mental problems are a difficult thing to deal with . Unless some one is listed as a harm to others , they are shuffled out the door . Ecentric behavior , withdrawal , and often violent behavior is just passed out the door. Long as no record of offence is on file , they turn them loose . My only solution of dealing with the landlord was to agree with him . Any disagreement was met with violent behavior . Family of sisters all shielded him in denial l. He did spend some time in a state institution , My father got him out . He , .( the crazy one ) was the one who got me into farming . It was a wild ride .
He once told me you have to be smart to go crazy ........
And after his release from a state mental institution ....". I'm not crazy and I got the papers to prove it . How about you ?"
