Mark, how do you think those standards would 'fly' in the US? Makes some sense to me as it still preserves the 2nd amendment rights, while at the same time SHOULD help weed out some of the potential nuts. I think we all agree that these types of incidents will never be 100% preventable but even the diehard gun supporters have to admit that something has to be done.
