Buxton ND | Jon I don't wanna be a smart here but the vast majority of people trading our grains could care less what anyone's breakeven's are... Your neighbor got 12bpa many in eastern ND had 75-90 + bpa with most saying the best ever,on my farm it WAS the best ever in 32 years,bushel AND protein combined...And those great yields went on up into far northern Canada.
Here's a different way to look at last falls RMA prices for wheat. Anyone remember 2008's fall RMA price ?
Sept 2012 trading range KEW 8.61-9.48
Sept 2008 " "7.35-9.49
I don't think anyone needs to be reminded what happened in wheat with the harvest of 2008...........................
What the wheat markets really needs,drop it a buck or 2,put it in the FEED BUNKS,EXPORT IT,sent it here or there or anywhere,,,THEN look out for the DRY 2013 ! ! ! ! !
