A.I.'d them to two lowline bulls that a friend of mine owns. Clean up was with low birthweight angus bulls from Power Plus genetics. They are only 20 miles from me so most of my bulls come from them. Sorry, can't tell you which lines, I'm horrible with names.
Native grass is predominately little bluestem, some big blue, buffalo grass and side oats gramma. Also common bermuda in the bottoms of the draws. Location is south west Oklahoma. Consumption on tubs is 4 to 5 ounces a day. The tubs weigh 200 lbs. and cost $112. | |
