S.C. Wisconsin | Rumor has it that a lot of people who sold high priced real estate and put it in dairies have lost a lot of their equity. Lesson learned is don't be afraid to run from a bad situation. What always bothers me is that somebody gained from the equity these people lost. I remember going through 2009 and losing a lot of money only to see the CEO of Deans boasting about record profits. Later on the story is out on how Deans and DFA were fixing prices. Nice people to do business with! | |
