I would go with guard rail-3 high and posts at 12ft-have never had a issue with scrapes and we gap at 6 inchs-I have new guard rail on hand-by Carroll Iowa or Denison-712-790-7397,you need ideas -i have lots of alley ways and pens you can look at-sucker rod for crowding alley ways-thats nuts!
