E.Central MN | I think you also have to keep in mind there are people in the pits that speculate on price changes, ie, think of them as pirannha waiting for another fish to get into trouble. They probably have a good idea who is in position to make market changing moves and who isn't. I think its a little bit different when it comes to actual delivery of contracts at the end of the contract month. That seems to have more of an impact because the people that hold those contracts instead of closing them out must feel that there is value there that the price doesn't reflect. If its a larger number of contracts then the market takes notice. (correct me if I'm wrong). | |
