| larry , thanks for the complement( on the see you next year)comment. i charge cash rent up front for no other reason than if these renters buy or rent machinery or seed or any thing else to run their farm , they have to pay interest or make some arrangement suitable to both partys, i personally would prefer to carry these guys and charge them interest till the first of the year . they prefer to pay up front. these are good guys. | |
