Western Nebraska | We have been using it. I'm not going to say that we don't have any sick calves at weaning, but with no preconditioning I feel we get along just fine. We have been giving inforce, pulmoguard, and somnubac at weaning. Then we boost in three weeks with bovi gold 5 and vision 7/somnus. We have a handful of calves with pneumonia after about 10 days from weaning. Haven't treated anything but a couple foot rots for 3 months. | |
