S.C. Wisconsin | Consumer are actually consuming more cheese, exports are down somewhat. The system we have would be like if the beef price was determined somewhere in in the US by one small auction barn somewhere that only traded a fraction of a percent of the beef. The players at that barn would soon learn to work together to set the price they like. Never mind the market fundamentals, It's never published who traded on a daily basis, if they did they would have buyers and sellers layered from their name. I hate to sound like a conspiracist but too me I smell a rat. | |
