A fence is quickest easiest fix to the problem.. Along with a convenient "windbreak" of trees...
But i dont want to pay for fencing in that crap... Especially if there is a law... How to make them pay for the fence and to make sure its dog/trash/pony proof...
Oh yeah. They tie their horse up next to the field to graze in the bean field... I seen the damage it did... I confronted them about it... Freaking LIED to my face about the horse... And their unburned trash pile blows into the field every time the wind blows...
