barry county mi | back in 80s sometimes close 50 sows at a time with farrowing or with newborn pigs a couple days old a lighting storm and a down pour rain we ge out put straw on back of tractor and quick to pasture to get those pigs out of the water lighting just a cracking it must of not been our time yet id guess done that a few times i remember. we had to do it just like the rest of you all no lay in bed opstion here we were neer broke anyway ha ha life is good if you can laugh ha ha archie | |
