If it was 73 which I am pretty sure of, I was a senior in HS gettting ready for college. Dad sold beans and bought a new 4430 and a plow, and we plowed up some hayfields and pastures so we could grow more beans. We did our part to drop the prices back down. That old 44 still runs nice but the plow has been pretty much retired . Now in the time it took to plow.disk and plant 80 ac. we can no-till about 10 times that.
How old were you when we had the last high in '72 in beans?
