Agree. If they will milk your cows and raise all of your replacements and you are out no money plus no work, then you have a wonderful agreement. Only risk for you is your animals dying.

I would not want to put expensive feed through someone else's cows then have the joy of paying them to do it. Makes more sense to sell the extra feed and enjoy the extra time.

Great way for you to build your herd and equity. Bull calf sales and culls will be your money to reinvest.
