Odds are against two bad growing seasons in a row.
Not sky-is-falling bearish, but trending. Stocks still need to be rebuilt. Awful easy to say, if you aren't one of the guys that has been beat up 2-3-4 growing seasons in a row already. That said, I like my odds of starting out with a dry spring far far far better than starting out too wet here. We just need reasonable and consistent rainfall after it is planted, maybe with some emphasis on consistent since the subsoil reserve is nonexistent. |
