The active forums may/will have too many posts for the one page the server allows for the query display.  A "solution" may be to divide them into smaller forums or if possible change the code to display more threads per page on the query.

And if these queries work, it may be possible to code the forum-view.asp for each forum with a link for the active threads for that particular forum.
