Newfane NY | Larry why do you think it is wrong for the landlord to get paid in full before you use his product? Here we have way to many farmers not pat the rent in the fall so we have found it a good practice to pay for the land up front if the owner wants it. That way it takes away all problems about the check being late because "I have not sold my crop yet and I have no money" syndrome. Are we farmers also greedy for bidding up the land rent? John | |
