Hastings, Florida | You can visit Cuba from the US, both legally and other-wise. There are tour group companies here who have a license to give group visits to Cuba. I have friends who have done it illegally from here in Florida. I am wanting to go, but will do it legally. There are also church groups who sponsor trips, and I heard of some agricultural exchange program that was doing the same. Illinois Farm Bureau sent a group to Cuba last year.
