If you want warm water and warm weather you have to go further south than the lower 48. Hawaii is always good. My favorite though is St Martin in the Caribbean. Favorite beach is Maho beach at the end of the runway at the airport. Not the greatest beach in the world but entertaining to watch the planes come in right over your head!
