North Mo. | Looked at this bull the other day decided to pull him. Most of the time it is hanging out 4 to 6 inches, last fall he cut it. BSE in Nov. he looked ok. My take is he is just built wrong. I talked to the vet who did the BSE, he felt he would be ok just over used. I see alot of bulls like this in the country.
