I've heard of you guys talk about things like this happening but never seen it untill recently.

Brother's father in-law passed away this spring a retired farmer that still owned some nice farm land just out of a town.

Well the old guy was in the ground a matter of hrs. before people were poking around asking questions. Had a real estate agent ph. me looking for my brother's wife as we have the same last names. The 1st week after the funeral she got all kinds of people & real estate agents pestering her about the farm land that she was in NO mood to talk about.
