Money doesn't rule all things.

Two years ago I missed 440acs that came up for sale. Private sale. I was not allowed to bid. Various reasons why. Some true, most untrue. Worked out as I would not have paid that much.

Can't count the acres I missed renting because I think the man should at least be buried before the "buzzards" start picking at the wife. Renting in the receiving line is "normal" here. At least for others.

Same with people that watch the Obits to see who died so they can pick up cheap machinery. They tell me of the "deals" they made. Con men bragging about the latest victim.
