I've never had anything bad from Milwaukee, in fact I have 2 cordless Milwaukee grease guns you'd have a hard time getting out of my hands.  But given comments I have heard about Milwaukee batteries in impact guns and experience I have had with a DeWalt cordless drill ... and especially the possibility of sharing batteries with other tools (I HATE having 5 different cordless chargers setting around) I'd look at the DeWalt pretty seriously
