Sunnyside, WA | Flush comes into a 3' deep sidewall area and is directed to do a u turn and drop out the rocks and sand. water is only 18-24" deep as it flows over the grid of steel to stop any plastic or twine string. Should be able to clean with a loader once every few days just taking a scoop or two of sand out. Ramp goes in and the basin is 10'6" wide and out loader buckets are 9'2" or so. Then the water flows into the 24' X 30' X 10' deep basin and is pumps over the first side slope separator. Exhaust water goes to a basin and will be pumped over a couple of Daritech 360 separators. Is supposed to get 70%+ of the solids removed. Will be another month or more before the other two separators are installed.
Last picture is our Hesston swather ready for the Sunnyside Lighted Farm Implement Parade on Saturday
