Driftless SW Wisconsin

Linsal, you obviously did not sell to the same operation that took me to the cleaners maybe 15-20 years ago.

I wake up in the middle of the night telling myself don't sell on the stump to a forester's ESTIMATED yield ever again. That is legalized larceny.

Get the logs out in the open and measured. Barcoding sounds appropriate for good walnut logs from this area.  A log buyer sitting next to me on an airplane once told me that the best walnut logs in the world come from the upper Mississippi river valley area.
