120000 for a ten year lease, you might loose it after that.
2487.32 a month which includes interest, 29847.32 a year payment. On a ten year loan the total interest would be 59478.62
Total cost would be 373.10 an acre for ten years.
These numbers are based off 80 acres and 4.5 percent interest.
