I would think that the adapters generally come out when it is unhooked, and fuel generally gets burned when it is used. I would consider a machine to be the machine unless I specifically purchased other items with it. I would presume anything to be low on fuel. Have occasionally found full tanks when machines arrived....pleasant surprise at todays prices.
