Subject: Landlord's preference on farm machinery

Has anyone ever had a landlord insist on a certain type of brand of farm machinery in order to qualify to farm their land? Or insist that if you purchase another brand of combine, planter or seeder or even switch tillage types (i.e., conventional to no-til or strip-til) you might lose the land?
