If you look at my tractor and don't buy it I'm still gonna use it and all bets are off. If you look at it, and pay for it, then I park it, as-is unless we have other arrangements made. If you looked at it last week or last month and bought it today, I don't know if I'd remember exactly what was on it and darn sure wouldn't remember how much fuel was in it.
