Kansas
Heavy duty flat tackle box organizers with dividers. One for nuts, flat and lockwashers from 1/4-3/4 and another for bolts 1/4 to 1/2. They can even be put under the seat. We buy a bunch of the same size for grease zerks, machine washers, electrical supplies, cotter pins, hose clamps, hairpin clips, ect and then stack them neatly in a toolbox.
Not sure if they still make it, but Montezuma used to make a "toolbox" specifically for bolt, nut and washer storage. Everything was organized just like their regular toolboxes. Always thought that would be pretty slick if I could just sqeeze another toolbox on the pickup bed.
