well if it's a 8.3 cummins, then my money is on the head gasket, they had problems in the past and have changed design several times over the recent yrs. IF you do the job yourself get your new gasket set from cummins so you get the lastest design. have one in a gleaner and it started leaking a few yrs. ago still not sure it's fixed. good luck Bob
