peronally i'd use conduit if possible then you can make changes/additions later easily.. if not conduit, i'd recommend UF. are you feeding a small panel or just one circuit? if a panel you need the 10-3. you have some variables you need to account for, before anything, how many watt bulbs are in 6 fixtures, how many outlets, how many watt element in ritchie water. 30 amps @120V= 3600 watts. typically a person should be using 80% load factor, so that 3600x.8=2880 which would be a about 24 amps.. if the lights happen to be 100 watts and heater element would be say 1250 you'd have a load of 1850 watt out of 2880 capable.. that's roughly 8 amps for plugs in/etc. not much left if everything is running at once.
