If you are not a no till farmer then any no till drill with a seed knife and fertilizer knife would also have to be classed as tillage. A knife is a knife.

The guys saying you are not no till would have to fertilize with a spreader to do better. Technically then you would also have to seed with a spreader.

The real question you are asking...... Is a knife considered tillage?
