Why don't you just stock all the parts you need?  Then you don't have to worry about the dealer having them.  You'd have all the right parts by S/N.  When you purchased a whole good from the dealer, and purchased every part you would need for the next year, I'm sure he'd offer you a nice discount.  If you don't know which parts you'll need, how would you expect the dealer to know?
