Subject: RE: Cole No Till Planter

Sumner GA, Located in southwest GA,
Oh no they were not. Little Planet JRs maybe, and which ever little one they have been making since the days of the mules, but down here, they planted alot of crops, some still plant a crop with the Super 7 twin rows. They were good planters for their time, still hard to beat for cost per acre and dummyproof, and yes, I speak from experience. Deere 71's and the KMC plate planters were the next best thing. Lots of folks here went from 71's straight to air planters, we ran 71's till the mid 90s. Still have a set I use, good planters, just dont work with notill.
