rodrod5, I'm not talking just any old kid from around the block. I am talking about the real little children who do (believe it or not) go to school without food. . Little children don't have a choice on who their parents are and how to get food or clothing. There are some great programs that can help feed children at schools, who might otherwise never get any. Try reading this book "a child called it", it might help you understand what some helpless children have to grow up with......Children can't fend for themselves, they are at the mercy of their parents.
schools in the USA have 2 or 3X per day feeding programs....some even have food to take home for the evening and also some for weekends and summer
we also have a thing called food stamps (snap or obama moniez) here in the USA as well along with WIC and AFDC.....then there are all the private food banks as well
the fact that some "parent" can still find a way to send their kid to school hungry is NOT because of a lack of money or a lack of spending it is because of a lack of responsibility and a lack of accountability for those that have kids and refuse to even do the basics like feeding them and people such as yourself that want to let them off the hook because someone spent money on a painting are part of the problem because there is PLENTY of money and food and aid to go around it is just the fact that irresponsible parents have been made to feel like you that as long as someone else has more things are not fair so let the gubment step in and make it "fair" and take over 100% of their responsibilities
I would bet $5,000 that the "parents" of these hungreeez chilwren, utes, and yoof have at least one buhbomba fone, a car, cable TV, and AC .......yet they can't find a way to get to walmart and buy some poptarts on dey EBT card much less wake up off the couch and put it in the tooooster in the morning.....or even in the afternoon

So cattle feeder since you have all the answers what is the solution?
why that is EASY!!!....take more money from those that produce and hand it to those that produce nothing but crime, irresponsibility, and feral kids they refuse to take care of in spite of the fact that we are flooded with "aid" in this country both public and private
