Probably depend but I would guess in the 25-35K range. 4 new outside tires will set you back a few pennies and you might as well spend them now or the insieds(especially the fronts) will wear much faster with poor condition duals. The manual trannys were very good, powersifts were good for the day but not as good as todays. Faded paint can be hard to fix. I saw a cherry 946(blue) with 3500 hours bring just north of 50K 2 falls ago and it had nearly new rubber all the way around so I can't imagine the tractor you describe is worth much over 30-35K at best.
