Do you have a breakdown on the CEC? What percentage Ca, Mg, K,H, etc? Those are needed to use the Kinsey/Albrecht analysis. I'm quite curious what your percentages are.

That field might be a good place for soft rock phosphate application. The low pH would make it plant available.
