Find a good picture on line or drive around until you find one that you are happy with and make it. I have probally made 10 or 12 for about five ( the 5" tile outlets" to forty dollars each. Have made 2 to cover 36 inch culverts. I like the ones that are hinged 3 or 4 inchs back from the top, over the top, they hang closed better.
