Would suggest you lift the chopper, grab a flashlight, open both sieves all the way, and have a look at the grain pan. If your running a lot of tailings, and loosing grain out the fan, good chance the pan has plugged/built up. Had this happen on both of our 9770's this year cutting milo, green stems, dry grain. Had to get in with high pressure hose and wash them out to get it cleared out.
