I went to a Pioneer field day this summer and one of the items presented was fall spraying. Emailed the presenter for details and his recommendations included 2,4-D and crop oil with other chemicals which were different for corn and beans. He claimed that as long as the soil warmed up during the day it could freeze some at night and still work.
