Nwmo | The pay per views are still there otherwise you wouldn't know what was on them, but for instance hbo would not show up if you didn't get those channels. I have found the phone csr's (customer service rep) are completely ignorant of just about every aspect of whats going on, I find most of my info on dbstalk.com. They have CSR's that watch the forum to answer questions and they have a certain csr that they talk to when they call in to fix any problems they have.
