I should have a kit that would work on a pre ISO MT.  It is still in the tractor, I just put a Geosteer in mine on the CAN BUS.   I am keepin the Nav II but would have the old MT kit IF the 700 and 800 where the same kit.   Mine is a 765.

The old AutoPilot kits had a steering module that you put behind the steering console.
