Jim, every single person who is running no matter what party is going to give-out candy to those with rotten teeth. Only difference is to what degree. The only thing that will change that is extremely and I mean extremely bad conditions in the U.S. and then it may not change. Term limits may help as they seem to have have helped in MO.
