Camp Douglas Wi. 40miles nw of wi. dells		John you remember good, I just got done with my trust last month yes there is no probate, no puplic records & no taxes. We had attroney that works with trusts for farmers only & came highly recommended from a good friend that has no skin in the deal. Dan
